Why We Give
The Bible teaches us that the standard for giving is called the tithe. We put God first when we give the first 10% of our income back to Him through the church. But why is this so important? Money is most valuable when it is put to work helping people. As individuals and as the church, it is our privilege to give generously to people in need.
Every month, in addition to helping Harbor City operate, part of your giving goes towards funding local missions in Baltimore City.
Local
Harbor City has also partnered with global ministries and missionaries. We do this to help support church planting and the sharing of the Word of God in countries and cities that most of us will never be able to visit personally.
