We are Guided by Pastors
The Pastoral Staff Team at Harbor City Church is led by our Senior Pastor, Michael Collins. This team is responsible for the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. Together with our Campus Pastors, they serve our congregation and work diligently to develop the spiritual life of our church community.

We are Protected by Trustees
Our Trustees are members of the congregation who oversee the finances and provide guidance on major financial decisions. They work closely with the Senior Pastor and provide counsel regarding the resources and facilities needed for the church’s mission. The Trustees are non-staff elders who ensure the church’s resources are managed with integrity and transparency.

We are Strengthened by Overseers
Harbor City Church is supported by a group of Overseers—respected pastors from outside our church who provide spiritual protection and accountability. These overseers are available to step in when needed to ensure that our church remains aligned with its mission and values. They serve as apostolic elders, offering wisdom and guidance to our leadership team.
